New Exhibition at Garrett College Performing Arts Center

My work is now on exhibition at the new Performing Arts Center at Garrett College. This show includes many large pieces and will remain until March 2023.

Artist Meet and Greet on Sunday November 20th

This Sunday, I’ll be on hand for a reception immediately following the 2:00 pm River City Brass Performance from 4:00 – 5:00 pm.

On March 1, 1872, the area now known as Yellowstone National Park was the first area in the world to be designated a national park. Most of the Yellowstone is in Wyoming, with smaller sections in Montana and Idaho. Here are some paintings I completed after spending time in and around the park several years back.

I’ve been thinking about my Garrett County friends lately, as they are having a cold and snowy weather. No matter how you feel about wintry weather, it makes for good subject matter. This is a small original that I created for a Christmas card several years back. The scenes is from Turkey Neck Road, near my home in the area.
